This Privacy Policy explains how FastLease collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit fastlease.ai, submit building information, book or manage tours, apply for a job or complete an applicant assessment, communicate with us, use a FastLease client dashboard, or otherwise interact with our services.

FastLease helps commercial real estate owners, brokers, and prospective tenants market available spaces, qualify leads, schedule tours, and manage related leasing workflows.

Information you provide. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, company, role, property address, property name, property type, listing links, calendar availability, tour details, lead preferences, messages, attachments, and any other information you choose to submit.

Lead and booking information. If you book or coordinate a tour, we may collect contact details, selected property or unit, appointment time, phone verification status, guest information, and communications related to that tour.

Property and marketing information. We may collect property listing details, unit availability, pricing or square footage information, campaign performance data, lead sources, broker contacts, and related operational notes used to market or lease a building.

Job applicant information. If you apply to FastLease, we may collect your contact details, application source, assessment progress and answers, video and audio responses, work-sample answers and notes, typing results, connection-test measurements such as download speed, upload speed, unloaded latency, and jitter, activity timing, optional resume, and any accommodation or alternative-process details you choose to provide.

Technical information. We may collect device, browser, IP address, log, referral, page-view, error, and usage information. We may also use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep sessions active, remember preferences, secure dashboards, and understand how the service is used.

Third-party account information. If you connect or authorize third-party services, we may process information needed to provide the connected workflow, such as calendar, messaging, advertising, or automation account data.

We use information to operate FastLease, respond to inquiries, review building submissions, qualify leasing leads, create and manage booking links, verify phone numbers, send confirmations and reminders, coordinate with brokers and property owners, maintain dashboards, troubleshoot issues, improve our services, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.

For job applications, we use applicant information to save and restore progress, administer the assessment, evaluate job-related responses and work samples, compare applicants, conduct human review, contact applicants, consider accommodation requests, and manage hiring decisions. Assessment results may help reviewers organize and compare applications, but FastLease does not automatically advance or reject an applicant.

We may also use information to send service-related messages and, where appropriate, marketing or business development communications. You can ask us to stop sending non-transactional communications at any time.

FastLease may use automation and AI-supported tools to help draft messages, organize leads, enrich property information, summarize activity, generate images or listing materials, and assist with operational workflows.

In the applicant assessment, typing-test screenshots you choose to upload are processed by Google Gemini only to read the test settings, words per minute, and accuracy visible in the image. FastLease does not use automated tools to analyze or score an applicant’s face, emotions, accent, appearance, or personality from recordings. Video responses are reviewed by people, and automated tools do not make the final hiring decision.

We do not intend for automated tools to make final legal, financial, or leasing decisions about a person. Human review may be used before important messages, approvals, or actions are sent.

Service providers. We may share information with vendors that help us host, store, secure, analyze, communicate, email, text, schedule, advertise, automate, or otherwise operate FastLease. These providers are allowed to use information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise permitted by law.

Owners, brokers, and leasing partners. When you submit a lead, book a tour, respond to a listing, or interact with a property workflow, we may share relevant information with the property owner, broker, leasing manager, or other participants needed to coordinate the leasing process.

Applicant reviews and assessment providers. Job application materials and results are available to FastLease team members and other authorized reviewers involved in hiring. Typing-test screenshots you submit are sent to Google Gemini for the limited reading described above. The connection test runs using Cloudflare’s test engine, and Cloudflare receives the test measurements. Third-party assessment tools you open during the application are separate websites governed by their own practices.

Business transfers and legal reasons. We may share information in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, protect rights, prevent harm, investigate abuse, or enforce our terms.

We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not knowingly share personal information collected through fastlease.ai for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this policy and provide any required choices.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, dashboard access, booking flows, user preferences, security, debugging, and basic service analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may break parts of the service.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, improve our operations, and protect FastLease and our users. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information we maintain about you, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification. You may also ask us to stop sending non-transactional emails or messages.

Some information may be retained when needed for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under state law, including the right to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of certain personal information, and the right to opt out of certain uses or disclosures.

FastLease is intended for business users and people involved in commercial leasing. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

FastLease is operated from the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
