FastLease helps commercial real estate owners and brokers market available spaces, respond to and qualify leads, schedule tours, and manage related leasing workflows.

FastLease is not a party to any lease, and does not guarantee that any space will be leased, that any lead will convert, or that any particular timeline or outcome will be achieved.

You agree to provide information that is accurate and that you have the right to share, including property details, availability, pricing, and contact information.

You agree not to misuse the services, including attempting to access accounts or data that are not yours, interfering with the operation of the site, or using the services to send unlawful or deceptive communications.

By submitting your contact information, you consent to receive communications from FastLease related to your inquiry, property, or tour, which may include email, phone calls, and text messages. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

The site, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to FastLease and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the site except as permitted by these terms.

You retain ownership of the content and property information you submit, and you grant FastLease a license to use it to provide and improve the services, including marketing the relevant property.

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Property information displayed through the services may come from owners, brokers, or third-party sources, and FastLease does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastLease will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of FastLease for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid to FastLease for the services in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid any amounts.

We may suspend or end your access to the services at any time if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the services. You may stop using the services at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date, and continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
